324 Mr. Wall asked the Minister for Health and Children when a person (details supplied) in County Kildare will receive orthodontic treatment in view of the fact that they have been assessed as a grade one; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [3186/03]

Minister for Health and Children (Mr. Martin):

Responsibility for the provision of orthodontic treatment to eligible persons in County Kildare rests with the Eastern Regional Health Authority. My Department has asked the regional chief executive to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and to reply to him directly.
