The Garda Síochána Complaints Board continues its functions in accord ance with its remit as defined in the Garda Síochána (Complaints) Act 1986. I refer the Deputy to Parliamentary Question No. 13 of 6 February which outlined my proposals and the timescale for the publication of legislation for a new Garda inspectorate.
