466 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if funding is available for communities that want to put in the loop system to help those with hard of hearing in churches and so on in this the Year of the Disabled; and the funding which is available for them. [3386/03]

While my Department has a key role in the development of disability equality policy and legislation, it is not directly involved in the provision of services for people with disabilities.
