My Department has placed a contract with a private translation firm to translate the rules of court into Irish under the supervision of an official translator who has been transferred, on secondment for a two year period, from the translation branch to my Department. Every effort will be made to have the rules – with the District Court rules receiving priority – available for publication at the earliest possible date.
