487 Mr. O'Connor asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government his plans to approve funding for a refurbishment programme in Cushlawn Park, Tallaght, Dublin 24, as requested by South Dublin County Council; if his attention has been drawn to the special needs in this regard; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Minister for the Environment and Local Government (Mr. Cullen):

South Dublin County Council has applied to my Department for funding under the remedial works scheme to undertake refurbishment works to a number of their estates including Cushlawn Park, Tallaght. My Department is awaiting additional documentation on all of these proposals including information in relation to Cushlawn Park.
