110 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Finance further to correspondence of 9 October 2002, the position in relation to a new Garda station (details supplied) in County Donegal; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4249/03]

I am informed by the Commissioners of Public Works that Muff Garda Station is rated No. 3 on the Garda priority programme. It is hoped to have a contractor on site in the latter half of 2003.
