146 Mr. Stanton asked the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources further to Parliamentary Question No. 836 of 9 October 2002, the cost of the site investigation at a company (details supplied); the company or companies commissioned to carry out this investigation; the nature of the investigation; the results of same; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The site investigation in question was carried out by Enviros Aspinwall, at a cost of €78,000. The investigation was undertaken, on behalf of the Departments concerned, in connection with legal proceedings under company law instituted by the liquidator of the company that formerly occupied the site in question. As these proceedings are before the courts at present, it would not be appropriate for me to disclose the contents of the report at this point.
