Adjournment Debate Matters.

I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Finian McGrath – a request for a debate on the recent health and safety concerns at the Dublin Port tunnel site and the need for urgent action to deal with the crisis; (2) Deputy Crawford – the slaughter of all animals in BSE infected herds in light of the Dutch experience; (3) Deputy Neville – the provision of a radiotherapy service in the Mid-Western Health Board area; (4) Deputy Durkan – the subject matter of a parliamentary question of 6 February 2003; (5) Deputy Rabbitte – the measures proposed to alleviate the traffic crisis in west Dublin arising from the Luas works; (6) Deputy Gogarty – to discuss the need for the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform to allocate emergency short-term resourses to deal with anti-social behaviour, intimidation and criminal activity in Foxdene estate by minors who believe they are ‘untouchable'; and (7) Deputy Sargent – the provision of a new larger school building for Malahide community school.

The matters raised by the following Deputies have been selected for discussion: Deputies Crawford, Sargent, Durkan and Rabbitte.
