388 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Health and Children if, further to Parliamentary Ques tion No. 644 of 29 January 2003, the Mid-Western Health Board has requested the coroner's report to enable it to complete its report into the death. [4730/03]

Minister of State at the Department of Health and Children (Mr. T. O'Malley):

I understand that the Mid-Western Health Board has requested and is awaiting a copy of the coroner's report. However, I am informed that the Mid-Western Health Board expects to be in a position to finalise its own report into the death over the coming weeks.
