Vol. 561 No. 5

Written Answers. - IDA Lands.

Arthur Morgan

Question:

159 Mr. Morgan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment the size and location of IDA-owned land banks in County Louth; if there are proposals to extend existing land banks or acquire new sites; and if so, the locations in this regard. [4947/03]

The following table outlines IDA Ireland's portfolio of land available for industrial promotion in County Louth as at 14 February 2003. The IDA is undertaking major site development works in County Louth. While there are no current proposals in place to extend IDA's land banks in Louth, the extent of their land holdings are under constant review.
