Written Answers - Tax Rebates.
I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that the taxpayer made a claim for a tax refund on 28 January 2003. The claim has been processed and the taxpayer is due a refund of €107.03. A cheque and PAYE balancing statement is in the process of being issued to the taxpayer.
