Vol. 562 No. 1

Written Answers - Cattle Movements.

Michael Ring

Question:

268 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Finance if a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will be granted a way-leave to move cattle over State-owned foreshore (details supplied) in County Mayo, as requested by this person. [5222/03]

The Commissioners of Public Works have no record of having received an application for a way-leave to move cattle over the foreshore referred to by the Deputy. If the person in question was to apply for a way-leave to the Commissioners, enclosing appropriate maps and details, the application would be processed in the normal fashion.
