Vol. 562 No. 1

Written Answers - Territorial Waters.

Martin Ferris

Question:

302 Mr. Ferris asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs the reason the British vessel HMS Argyll was off the south west coast on 18 February 2003 at 8.20 a.m.; and if the vessel concerned has at any time entered Irish territorial waters. [5535/03]

My Department has consulted with the Department of Defence and there is no record of the HMS Argyll entering Irish territorial waters on or around 18 February 2003.
