I move:
That the proposal that Dáil Éireann, pursuant to the provisions of section 18(7) of the Competition Act 2002 (No. 14 of 2002), hereby confirms the Competition Act 2002 (section 18(5)) Order 2002 (S.I. No. 622 of 2002) made under section 18(5) of that Act, copies of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 23rd December, 2002, be referred to the Joint Committee on Enterprise and Small Business, in accordance with paragraph (2) of the Orders of Reference of that Committee, which, not later than 12th March, 2003, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 85, and Standing Order 84(2) shall accordingly apply.
