351 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources if he will revert the ownership of a property (details supplied) in County Leitrim in view of the circumstances outlined; if a Department official will make contact with the solicitors involved to resolve the matter; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The property in question is owned by Coillte Teoranta. Coillte Teoranta was established as a commercial company under the Forestry Act 1988. Responsibility for this matter rests with the company.
