Question:405 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children if the South-Eastern Health Board will issue a more suitable wheelchair to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny. [5659/03]
Written Answers - Services for People with Disabilities.
The provision of aids and appliances to people with physical and sensory disabilities including the provision of wheelchairs is a matter for the relevant health board. Accordingly, a copy of the Deputy's question has been referred to the chief executive officer, South-Eastern Health Board, with a request that he examine the matter and reply directly to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.
