436 Ms Shortall asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the reason for the delay in having a property (details supplied) in Dublin 9 registered by the Land Registry; if his attention has been drawn to the fact that this matter is outstanding since November 2002; and if this matter will be dealt with without further delay. I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that no record can be found in the Land Registry of any application pending in relation to the property referred to by the Deputy.

If the Deputy can provide me with the date of lodgement of the application, the Land Registry reference number and other application details I will make further enquiries on her behalf.
