473 Dr. Cowley asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the time limits which apply to a planning decision where the planning application is required to be re-advertised due to the submission of additional significant information under paragraph 35 of S.I. No. 600 of 2000; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [5513/03]

Time limits within which planning authorities are required to make a decision on a planning application are outlined in subsection (8) of section 34 of the Planning and Development Act 2000.
