Vol. 562 No. 1

Written Answers - Social Welfare Benefits.

Bernard J. Durkan

Question:

499 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Social and Family Affairs when a free travel pass will re-issue in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [5572/03]

The person concerned is a long-standing holder of a free travel pass. My Department has no record of correspondence from him about this pass. On foot of the Deputy's question an application form for a replacement pass has been issued to him. On receipt of his reply, the matter at issue will be dealt with and he will be advised of the outcome.
