221 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the position in relation to a Land Registry application for a person (details supplied) in County Donegal; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [5758/03]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for a transfer order which was lodged on 15 August 2001. Dealing number D2001WS006605Y refers. I am further informed that this application is in the final stage of completion and will be completed within the next few days.
