Vol. 562 No. 5

Written Answers - Health Services.

James Breen

Question:

283 Mr. J. Breen asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason it is taking so long for the Mid-Western Health Board to issue the finding of a post-mortem to a person (details supplied) in County Clare. [6608/03]

The provision of medical services in this case is the responsibility of the Mid-Western Health Board. The board has advised that the findings of the post-mortem have been forwarded to the coroner.
