I assume that the Deputy is referring to the criteria used by my Department to assist in prioritising large-scale school building projects, which includes the assignment of band ratings to individual projects. Such band ratings are assigned to large-scale building projects only.

Band ratings for large-scale building projects in the early and advanced stages of architectural planning have been published as part of the 2003 primary school building programme and can be accessed, along with the complete school building programme, on my Department's website at www.education.ie. The criteria for prioritising large scale school building projects are also available on my Department's website.
