423 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Health and Children the position regarding the exchange of lands from his Department to the Department of Education and Science for the Dublin Institute of Technology campus at Grangegorman, Dublin 7; and the structure for consultation with the local communities. My colleague, the Minister for Education and Science, is currently preparing the necessary legislation to establish a statutory Grangegorman development agency. The question of land transfers and structures for consultation will be a matter for the agency, when established.
