The Road Traffic (Construction and Use of Vehicles) Regulations 2003, SI 5 of 2003, which provide for certain increases in maximum weights for vehicles, came into force on 16 January 2003. The regulations and a comprehensive explanatory leaflet are available on my Department's website, www.transport.ie.
