Question:

475 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Transport the procedure to be followed by a person who has sat one or more driving tests unsuccessfully; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [7416/03]

A person who has unsuccessfully sat a driving test and who wishes to obtain a full driving licence must re-apply for and undergo the driving test.
