218 Mr. M. Higgins asked the Minister for Health and Children if he intends to act on any of the recommendations contained in the recent publication, Unsettled Hope, by the Marino Institute of Education in Dublin in relation to improving the social and educational conditions of unaccompanied minors. I have not received a copy of the publication referred to by the Deputy. Officials in my Department have requested a copy from the institute. Consideration will then be given to the report in the context of my responsibilities as Minister of State with responsibility for children.
