230 Mr. B. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Finance when the coastguard station houses in Crosshaven will be available for same in view of the fact that his Department has been trying to establish proper title for over five years. [8013/03]

The Commissioners of Public Works have been engaged for some time in the process of buying out the freehold interest in the former coastguard station complex in Crosshaven, County Cork. It is hoped that this matter will be completed shortly.
