Written Answers - National Council for Special Education.
The National Council for Special Education has not yet been established. It is proposed to establish the council on a statutory basis by order of the Government in the near future. A chief executive designate, Mr. Patrick Curtin, has been appointed and he is carrying out preparatory work in relation to the establishment of the Council. Mr. Curtin can be contacted through the main telephone number for my Department, which is 01-8734700.
