307 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for Education and Science if, in respect of the reply to Parliamentary Question No. 324 of 11 March 2003, he will provide the classification given to the school in question; and the options open to the person in question. [7924/03]

The school referred to by the Deputy is classified as a special primary school for pupils with mild general learning disability aged between four and 18 years of age. The Department of Health and Children has direct responsi bility for provision for young adults over 18 years of age with special needs and contact should be made with officials in that Department regarding the options available to the person in question.
