I propose to take Questions Nos. 320 and 358 together.

All applications for resource teacher and-or special needs assistant support received in my Department between 11 November 2002 and 14 February 2003 have been referred to the national educational psychological service for recommendation on the level and nature of an appropriate educational response. An application from Scoil Choca Naofa, Kilcock, County Kildare is being considered within this process. Schools have been advised that it is my Department's intention to respond to these applications during the week commencing Monday 7 April 2003.
