Question:375 Mr. J. Breen asked the Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism the number of people with disabilities who have been appointed to State boards in his Department; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [7773/03]

There is currently one person with a disability on the Arts Council. Due attention will continue to be given to the issue of disability in the context of future appointments to State boards, as appropriate, under the aegis of my Department.
