Question:382 Mr. Murphy asked the Minister for Health and Children when a person (details supplied) will take up the position of consultant orthodontist with the Southern Health Board. [7933/03]

The chief executive officer of the Southern Health Board has informed me that following an interview process conducted by the Local Appointments Commission, an individual has been offered the post of consultant orthodontist in the board but that the individual has not yet indicated acceptance of the offer.
