395 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children if two requests made by a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny for the minutes of a meeting with a person (details supplied) in 2002 will be granted; if the complaint referred to by the person has been investigated; if a copy of the report is available; if not, the action which is to be taken; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Responsibility for the provision of care and treatment of the named individual referred to by the Deputy rests with the South-Eastern Health Board. My Department has therefore asked the chief executive officer to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and reply to him directly.
