599 Mr. Cuffe asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he will provide copies of all reasoned opinions, letters from the European Commission and all replies to the European Commission concerning EU Directive 85/337, as amended by 97/11. [8024/03]

Copies of those reasoned opinions which centrally address the implementation of EU Directive 85/337/EEC, as amended by 97/11/EC, and the replies thereto, are being compiled and will be forwarded to the Deputy as soon as possible.
