183 Mr. P. McGrath asked the Minister for Health and Children the total budget for Mullingar General Hospital, Tullamore General Hospital and Portlaoise General Hospital for 2003; and if he will compare this figure to the comparable figure for each of the past two years. [9106/03]
Responsibility for the funding of services at Mullingar General Hospital, Tullamore General Hospital and Portlaoise General Hospital rests with the Midland Health Board. My Department has, therefore, asked the chief executive officer of the board to investigate the position in relation to this matter and to reply to the Deputy directly.
