166 Ms Enright asked the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources if he has sanctioned forestry grants to a person (details supplied) in County Laois; if so, if he is satisfied that the forestry development in question is in accordance with relevant regulations, in particular, in respect of the requirements to show title to the property or written permission from the registered owner of the property; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I understand that there is no application on record from the person in question for grant aid under my Department's afforestation grant and premium schemes. In the circumstances I suggest that the person in question make contact directly with the Forest Service.
