Freedom of Information (Amendment) Bill 2003 [ Seanad ] Allocation of Time: Motion.

I move:

That notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders or the Order of the Dáil of 27 March 2003, referring the Freedom of Information (Amendment) Bill 2003 [Seanad], to the Select Committee on Finance and the Public Service, that the proceedings in the Select Committee shall, if not previously concluded, be brought to a conclusion at 3 p.m. on Friday, 4 April 2003, by one Question, which shall be put from the Chair, and which shall, in relation to amendments, include only those set down or accepted by the Minister for Finance, or a Minister of State, nominated as substitute on his behalf; whereupon the Select Committee shall, in accordance with Standing Order 85, send a message to the Dáil in relation to the completion of its consideration of the Freedom of Information (Amendment) Bill 2003 [Seanad], and Standing Order 84(2) shall apply accordingly.
