246 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources when a meeting will be arranged for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo with Department officials in view of the fact that this was requested on 18 November 2002. [10672/03]
My Department has been in correspondence with the individual concerned regarding two fishing boats and the position was set out in a letter dated 28 March 2002. As there appears to be some confusion about the boats in question I have arranged for an official in my Department's sea fisheries administration division to contact the Deputy's office with a view to arranging a meeting with the individual concerned in Ballina, County Mayo shortly.
