250 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources his views on a document (details supplied) from an organisation involved in a public consultation process; the objective nature of the exercise in view of this information; and if he will make a statement on the matter in view of the implications for Donegal. The organisation concerned has been informed that the proposed development it has under consideration may only be carried out in accordance with the terms of a foreshore lease granted pursuant to the Foreshore Acts, 1933 to 1998. Any application for a foreshore lease for that development will be considered on its objective merits, and interested parties will have an opportunity to express their views on the proposal.
