Vol. 565 No. 3

Written Answers. - Pension Provisions.

Paul Kehoe

Question:

321 Mr. Kehoe asked the Minister for Health and Children if there has been a miscalculation on the occupational pension for a person (details supplied) in County Wexford; the efforts being made to rectify the error; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [10945/03]

Responsibility for calculation of occupational pension benefits under the local government superannuation scheme rests with the South-Eastern Health Board. My Department has asked its chief executive officer to investigate the matter and to reply directly to the Deputy.
