Vol. 565 No. 3

Written Answers. - Speech Therapy Service.

Paul Kehoe

Question:

336 Mr. Kehoe asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason a person (details supplied) in County Wexford has had to wait for speech therapy despite being put on an urgent list; when an appointment will be made; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [11055/03]

The provision of health related services, including speech and language therapy, to people with physical and-or sensory disabilities in County Wexford is a matter for the SEHB. The Deputy's question has been referred to its chief executive officer with a request that he examine the matter and reply directly to him as a matter of urgency.
