369 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform further to Parliamentary Question No. 306 of 12 February 2003, if the warrant has been obtained; when the transfer will take place; if there is a delay in the process; and if the matter will be expedited. [10745/03]
I can inform the Deputy that the warrant authorising the applicant's transfer and continued detention in this jurisdiction has not yet been obtained.
It is expected that a warrant will be granted after the court's Easter recess. Every effort will be made to ensure that the application will be dealt with at the earliest opportunity.
