Vol. 565 No. 3

Written Answers. - Employment Appeals.

Mary Upton

Question:

114 Dr. Upton asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment when an appeal for a person (details supplied) in Dublin 8 will be heard. [10996/03]

From inquiries made in my Department, the position is that the case of the person concerned will be listed for hearing by the Employment Appeals Tribunal in June 2003. Four weeks' notice of the date of hearing will be notified to the person concerned.
