Question:

167 Ms O'Sullivan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the plans his Department has to provide a new Garda station in Mary Street, Limerick; if the probation service will also to located on the site; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [11262/03]

The Garda authorities have established a committee to review the policing arrangements for Mary Street Station and sub-district. My Department will consider the results of this review as soon as they become available.
