34 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment when a hearing will be held for a person (details supplied) in Dublin 8 in the Employment Appeals Tribunal; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [11164/03]

From inquiries made in my Department, the position is that the case of the person concerned will be listed for hearing by the Employment Appeals Tribunal in June, 2003. Four weeks notice of the date of hearing will be notified to the person concerned.
