274 Mr. M. Higgins asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs if an application by a person (details supplied) in County Galway for Irish citizenship and for an Irish passport is being processed; and the stage it is at. [12397/03]

My Department does not appear to have received either a citizenship or passport application from the person referred to by the Deputy. The Deputy may wish to provide further details so that the matter can be clarified.
