313 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Education and Science if his Department will expedite an application for home tuition for a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; the reason for the delay in dealing with the case; the other home supports the person is entitled to; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department recently sanctioned home tuition for the person in question and a letter confirming this issued to the family on 23 April 2003. The family should contact their local health authority regarding any home supports that may be available.
