352 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Education and Science further to Parliamentary Questions Nos. 200 of 15 October 2002 and 391 of 29 January 2003, if the employees in question can simply be transferred by grade from one Department to the other, thus protecting their grade and rate of pay. The conditions of service of the employees referred to by the Deputy are currently being considered within my Department. The matter referred to by the Deputy will be considered in this context.
