This information was previously requested by the Deputy in Question No. 207 of 26 March 2003. As I have already informed the Deputy, the information is not routinely collected by my Department. My Department has asked the chief executive officers of the health boards and the Eastern Regional Health Authority and the chief executive of the national treatment purchase fund to reply directly to the Deputy in the matter.
