Question:612 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the position regarding a dealing for a person (details suplied) in County Mayo; and when this dealing will be complete. [11446/03]
Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the dealing numbers supplied by the Deputy relate to a Land Commission schedule and an application for a transmission on death. I am further informed that these applications are associated with an application for voluntary transfer which was lodged on 28 March 2002. Dealing number 2002SM003526N refers.
I am also informed that schedule number VO000SM092608V was completed on 9 January 2003 and that dealing numbers D2001SM001128D and D2002SM003526N were both completed on 16 January 2003.
